Trenchless pipelining is a revolutionary approach to pipe repair and rehabilitation that offers a convenient solution and eliminates the need for extensive excavation.
Unlike traditional digging methods that can disrupt landscapes and infrastructure, trenchless technology allows for the restoration of pipes with minimal disturbance, providing relief from potential disruptions.
Some of the benefits of trenchless pipelining include:
- Minimal digging required
- Can line any type of pipe
- Creating one seamless piece of piping
- Improving the flow of liquid through the pipe
- Keeping your pipes protected for 50+ years
Trenchless System
Our trenchless technology can repair your sewer pipe without the need to dig a trench. On a small percentage of jobs, we may need to dig a small “access pit” in order to gain access to the pipe, but our pits are relatively small, especially compared to trenching.
Can Line Any Type of Pipe
Whether your pipe is cast iron, clay, PVC, or anything in between, our technology is designed to repair any type of pipe.
One Seamless Piece
In traditional piping, whether you have clay, cast iron, asbestos, etc., joints, seams, and connections occur every three to ten feet, depending on the type of pipe. This leaves your pipes vulnerable to shifting, cracking, or root intrusion at each of these joints.
Epoxy lining creates one continuous, seamless piece, making it truly impenetrable to roots in the future. We create a continuous, jointless pipe within the existing structure, eliminating the risk of leaks and infiltration points.
Improved Flow
In older cast iron pipes, rust and scale can build up and eventually reduce the flow to 30% of their intended capacity. A smooth, newly lined pipe acts as a “water slide,” allowing the pipe to flow at 100% capacity, significantly lowering the risk of future backups.
With our advanced pipelining technology, you can achieve enhanced flow and efficiency. Our expert team will restore the interior of your pipes to like-new condition, allowing you to enjoy smoother operations and reduced friction.
Need to upgrade your pipe? Consider epoxy pipe lining as a durable and cost-effective solution.
